The work of our practice is generated through an investigation of how people want to live, work and learn.

The test of our work is whether it results in people being inspired, fully realised and happy. To make design that accomplishes this, the practice has focused on building a team with shared values, respect and affection for each other.

Our team has developed a common understanding of the necessity of sustainability. Together, we are searching for ways to positively impact the environment through our workplace decision-making. This thinking informs our design approach, too.

Kennedy Nolan learns and works on the land of the Wurundjeri People. We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians as the first place makers on this land.
