Sofia recently joined Kennedy Nolan in 2025 after relocating from Sydney, where she worked at Sam Crawford Architects completing a variety of public, commercial, and residential projects of small to large scale. Her varied experience in designing houses, sports pavilions, animal shelters, childcare, schools, restaurants, and cafés is a testament to her adaptability.
She combines sensitivity and practicality in her approach to design, documentation, and delivery of all projects. Sofia enjoys the process of thoughtful planning and problem solving to create considered architectural spaces. She understands that successful buildings are invaluable to their inhabitants and the wider community.
Sofia is passionate about interdisciplinary practice and draws upon her background in interior design to inform her approach to materiality, colour and detail.
